Zealea® Egg White Powder makes a high quality high protein drink that is low in fat and low in carbohydrates. Zealea® Egg White Powder is formulated with minimum additives for maximum protein delivery. Use before and after workouts or whenever you need an extra protein hit.This versatile powder can also be used for baking and cooking. 

Available in Vanilla and Unflavoured/Natural flavours.

Taste: Zealea® Unflavoured egg white protein contains 100% dried egg white therefore the taste is very similar to a normal egg white (without the globby stringy texture) unlike a raw egg Zealea® egg white powder is pasteurised (safe to drink-no cooking required).

Zealea® Vanilla flavoured egg white protein offers a sweeter flavoured version of the drink.

Try adding Zealea® Egg White Powder to milk alternatives such as rice milk, oat milk, almond milk, juice etc.

Mixing: Zealea® egg white contains no emulsifiers or anti caking agents therefore powder is not insantised. When mixed with liquid, Zealea® egg white powder acts in much the same way as fresh egg white would.

To prepare in a protein shaker add liquid first then powder, shake well and then leave to allow bubbles to settle.

*Using a 1:7 reconstitution ratio. 250 whites based on a 32g egg white or 260 whites based on a 30.7g egg white. 

Directions: Mix two scoops (30g) with 250ml of chilled water, skim milk or milk alternatives such as rice milk, oat milk, almond milk, juice etc. For a stronger sweeter flavour mix with 150ml of liquid.

Storage and handling: Zealea® Unflavoured egg white protein is hydro-sensitive (sensitive to moisture)
always ensure pouch zip is sealed.

Quick guide for baking/cooking use
(slightly thicker consistency than drinking method)

- 1x level scoop + 105ml water = 120ml of egg white (approx 3.5x whites*) 

- 4g powder + 28ml water = 1x 32g egg white*

- 31.25g powder + 218.75ml water = 250ml egg white (approx 8 whites*)

- 62.5g powder + 437.5ml water = 500ml egg white (approx 15.5 whites*)

*Based on a 32g egg white using reconstituted Zealea® Unflavoured egg white powder


Egg white powder / protein recipes:  

Protein pancake recipe
15 g (1 scoop) Zealea® Egg White Powder
15 g of your favourite protein powder
15 g of oat bran
Pinch of baking powder
Pinch of cinnamon

Add cold water and mix until you get a pancake type consistency.
Pour into hot pan, wait for bubbles to appear and flip.


Sweet protein Yorkshire puddings:
1/2 cup egg white powder, 1 1/2 cups flour, 2 cups milk, 1 egg, 2 mashed bananas
FYI very much a made up recipe but works for easy protein supplement. Make sure you oil or butter up the muffin tin well!

Egg white protein omelette
15g-30g (1-2 scoops) Zealea® Egg White Powder reconstituted (see guide)
1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
1 tbsp olive oil or oil spray
Filling ingredients of choice, eg shaved ham, grated cheese or sliced tomato

1. Add and parsley to your egg white mix, then whisk to combine. Season with salt and pepper.
2. Heat butter or olive oil in a nonstick frying pan over a medium heat until the butter sizzles. Pour in the egg mixture. Draw the mixture away from the sides of the pan towards the centre as it cooks.
3. When the egg mixture is nearly cooked, add the filling ingredients to one side of the omelette.
4. Flip the unfilled side of the omelette over onto the filled side, then gently slide the omelette onto a plate to serve.


Yogurt protein shake
1 cup plain yogurt
1 cup skim milk
3 tbsp whole flax seeds (optional)
2 scoops Zealea® Egg White Powder
Fruit to taste.

Combine and blend!


Coffee protein shake (Protein with a caffeine jolt) 
150ml milk
1 tsp. instant coffee
1 tsp. honey, maple etc
2 scoops Zealea® Egg White Powder

Combine and blend!


Morning berry protein shake
(1-2 scoops) Zealea® Egg White Powder reconstituted (see guide)
1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
2 apple quarters
1 Banana
Ice to suit
